• SL-HE-Impact-EN
  • Over the past few years, ITC has reformed its operation model, launching results-based management principles across its projects portfolio and increasingly focusing on large and integrated programmes with higher impact potential. Export Impact for Good means those who need it most will gain long-term, positive effects from trade. With a mission to enable developing countries to achieve sustainable and inclusive growth through trade development, ITC works with partners to deliver viable trade development solutions to the private sector, trade support institutions and policymakers. Measuring the outcome of ITC’s work in terms of increased exports, job creation, poverty reduction and improved community welfare are of utmost importance in our work.

  • Millennium Development Goals

All of ITC’s work supports the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).  Exports can have an immediate and tangible impact on people’s lives, both in countries with a long established history in international trade, as well as in those emerging from disruption and conflict. Exports generate employment and incomes, contribute to women’s advancement and bring wider social benefits.
